If you want to participate to a topic, click on Reply at the bottom of the discussion:

You will reach the form used to answer a topic:

From there, type your message and validate it. On your message, we will add the following elements:

On this page you will find several tools to insert smileys, images, and links or to edit the style of your text. Refer to the next chapter to learn more about these features.
You cannot send more than three messages within 10 minutes.
In certain categories, messages may need to be approved by a forum manager (a priori moderation). Consequently, your message will not appear before a moderator has reviewed and validated it.
The reply field may be bloated especially if you only wish to add a simple answer or if you already know the syntax to be used to add style to your text. In this case, you may prefer the Quick Reply field located at the bottom of the discussion itself:

If you want to access the full-featured Reply box as you are writing in the Quick Reply field, you can click on the Reply button. The text that you have entered will automatically be transferred.
The Quick Reply field is not available on forums where messages need to be approved by a moderator.
You may want to reply to a particular message of the topic. You can easily quote the text by clicking on the specific button.

You will automatically be redirected to a pre-filled reply form

Simply type your text after the quotation:

And your message will look like:

When clicking on the text that reads "[pseudo] wrote:" you will be able to get back to the quoted message.
There is an interesting feature to quote as many messages as you want. In the toolbar you will find a button which will enable you to mark a message as "to be quoted"

Once you have clicked on this button, you will notice that it
will slightly change
This button can also be found at the top-right of the forum to cancel your selection of messages to be quoted.

Once the desired messages have been marked, you can start to write your answer, either by clicking on the Reply button or in the Quick Reply field

Once in the Reply field, all messages marked as to be quoted will automatically appear as well as the text that you started to type in the Quick Reply field
